About
Joey is from Lucasville, Ohio. Math and science were his favorite subjects in school because they were logical and worked together to make sense of the world around him. When he chose heating and cooling as a career, he used his love of figuring things out to understand furnaces and heat pumps and how they work as a whole system. Every single day another piece clicks into place as the science of refrigeration advances and the puzzle of HVAC comes up with new and more efficient solutions for home comfort.
Advice to Customers
The number one thing I wish is that people knew more about their own systems. Changing their filters, having regular maintenance, and calling as soon as they think there is a problem will mean they never have to panic because the furnace or air conditioner doesn't work at all.
